To proceed we would need. 

-CIS (Downoload by clicking on the button below)

-Corporate profile (This is a must!!)

-An LOI or at least bullet points regarding what is being requested,

-Evidence of capacity, there are many ways this can be done. (PLEASE SEE CIS APPLICATION FORM)
With a point of contact established in the CIS--the provider will  just reach out and finalize the deal with the client directly.  The entire negotiation & due diligence process can be done in three-five working days with a full package submitted.

Post submission of CIS, we can arrange for buyers or buyers reps to speak with the sell side to discuss all point before any further documents are exchanged. 

Pricing will be in the 30's, sometimes in the 20's.

Contracts are 3 to 5 B with rolls and extensions (to 50 B or more).

First tranche 100 Mil, then 300 or 400 Mil and as agreed between the parties.

+2% fee's
